We are ready for New Year’s Eve – never mind the New Year:
With everything set up for the traditional Raclette – a typical Swiss cheese-fest in which everything gets covered in and smothered with cheese – we have lined up the emergency schnapps, or eau de vie. The technical term for these is ‘distributers’ as they help to distribute all that fat in your digestive system (and most possibly all around your waistline, too).
Wishing you all the best for 2015!

And to you, too – but you still have half a day left, haven’t you? Our little gathering is starting in about an hour … the Christmas tree had to make space for the food 🙂
Have a great 2015!
